Rajasathan Royals would appear to require a hand to fight Pune Warriors when the two teams meet here Sunday. In the first leg of the cash rich league, Pune emerged victorious thanks to Aaron Finch half century.
But since then, Pune lost one match after another to find the bottom of the points table with just four points. For Royals, Sawai Mansingh Stadium was a hunting ground and it would be a daunting task for visitors to repeat the result of the first step.
Side Rahul Dravid are placed among the top four teams with 12 points in 10 outings and would make every effort to identify all points of the game and get the play-off berth.
Royals, who were beaten heavily by Kolkata Knight Riders at Eden Gardens on Friday night, seek to return to winning ways at home where they beat sides like RCB and Mumbai Indians in Jaipur.
Versatile Aussie Shane Watson and 18-year-old boy Kerala Sanju Samson were tenors of royalty. Watson has amassed 349 runs from eight matches in the sixth season. Samson, who hit a 41-ball 63 against RCB while chasing 172, has received praise from all quarters.
